Three generations of craftsmanship, from the ancient streets of Mardin to homes across America.
Where It All Began — Mardin
Our roots trace back to the ancient city of Mardin in southeastern Turkey — a UNESCO World Heritage site perched on a rocky hilltop overlooking the Mesopotamian plains. Known for its stunning stone architecture, centuries-old madrasas, and a rich tapestry of cultures, Mardin has been a crossroads of civilizations for millennia. It was here that our grandfather, Haci Mehmet Yalcinkaya, first began buying and selling homes while simultaneously running a textile trade — regularly transporting goods from Turkey to international markets and bringing products back to sell domestically. Alongside this entrepreneurial spirit, he seized every opportunity in real estate, laying the very first foundations of what would become a multi-generational legacy built on trust, craftsmanship, and an instinct for value.
Building in Istanbul
In the 1990s, the family moved to Istanbul — Turkey's largest metropolis and a global hub of commerce and construction. Sirac Celik and Fahriye Celik continued the family's real estate operations while expanding into the construction business during Istanbul's rapid urban transformation. Their very first recorded construction project was the restoration and roof repair of a historic five-story Greek building in Beyoğlu Tarlabaşı — a landmark that still stands today. The family's second generation was involved at every stage of that build, gaining hands-on expertise that would define their career. From there, they went on to complete hundreds of projects, specializing in plumbing and repairment, and establishing a reputation for quality craftsmanship that clients could rely on.
A Global Vision
As the third generation, Sirac channeled the family's building heritage into interior design and furniture design. Since 2018, he has delivered projects in over 70 countries worldwide, completing hundreds of projects. Now, drawing inspiration from the first generation's entrepreneurial spirit and the second generation's hands-on construction mastery, he is carrying the legacy forward — combining design excellence with real estate investment across the United States, from coast to coast.
